Your Right to Data Deletion

At Altrad Homes, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal information at any time.

⚠️ Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you request deletion, all your account information, property listings, favorites, and profile data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email with the following information:

Subject: Delete My Account and Data

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Phone number (if provided during registration)
  • Authentication method used (Google, Facebook, or Email)
  • Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)

Option 2: In-App Deletion (Coming Soon)

We are working on implementing an automated account deletion feature directly in your account settings. This will allow you to:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request:

  1. 1Confirmation (24 hours): We will send you a confirmation email to verify your identity
  2. 2Processing (7 days): Your account will be deactivated and marked for deletion
  3. 3Permanent Deletion (30 days): All your data will be permanently removed from our active systems
  4. 4Backup Cleanup (90 days): Data in backup systems will be purged during routine maintenance

💡 Cancellation Window

You have 7 days after submitting your deletion request to cancel it. After this period, the deletion process cannot be stopped.
