Delete your Altrad Homes account

This page is for the Altrad Homes website and Android app. Use it to ask us to delete your account and the personal information stored with it.

How to request deletion

1. Email altradhomes@gmail.com from the email address on your Altrad Homes account.
2. Use the subject line “Account deletion”.
3. Tell us the email address you use to sign in, and that you want the account deleted.
4. We may reply to confirm the request is yours. After we confirm it, we delete the account within 30 days.

You can also send the same request through the Contact page on the website or in the app. There is no fee, and you do not need to install anything else.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account, including your email address, name, and profile photo.
• Properties you saved on that account.
• Chat messages that are still stored by Altrad Homes.
• Listings you submitted, including photos and the contact details on those listings.
• Usage records that are tied to your account.

What we may keep

• A message that was already delivered to another person can remain in that person’s account. We delete our copy when we delete your account.
• A limited record of the deletion request, including the email address and the date, so we can show that the request was completed. We keep that record for up to 12 months.
• Information we are required to keep by law.
