Privacy Policy

Altrad Homes operates the website at https://altradhomes.com and the Altrad Homes app for Android. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and the app.
Who we are
Altrad Homes is a Philippines property platform. You can browse listings, save properties, contact sellers, submit a property, and send us a message. For privacy requests, email altradhomes@gmail.com or call +63 949 637 5130. You can also use the Contact page on the website or in the app.
Information we collect
Account. If you create an account, we collect your email address. If you continue with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not receive your Google password.
Profile. If you add a display name or profile photo, we store that with your account.
Listings you submit. A listing can include the property description, price, type, address, map location, photos you take or choose from your device, and the contact name, phone number, and email address you decide to show buyers.
Saved properties and messages. We store the listings you save. If you use chat, we store the messages and the accounts in that conversation.
Contact and partnership forms. If you write to us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, organization, and message you submit. Those forms are sent through Formspree to altradhomes@gmail.com.
Location. If you allow it, the app uses your device location while you are using the map, nearby search, or a listing pin. We do not collect your location in the background.
Camera and photos. The camera and photo library are used only when you take or choose a photo for a listing or your profile.
How the service is used. We record the pages you open, a random session identifier, browser type, language, time zone, and screen size. If you are signed in, that record can include your account id and email address. Altrad administrators use this to operate and improve the service.
Website measurement. The website loads a Google tag, including Google Ads. Google may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser. Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and app.
How we use information
We use this information to show listings, keep your account and saved properties, deliver messages, place a property on the map, respond to contact and partnership inquiries, protect the service, and understand which parts of Altrad Homes people use. We also use it when we need to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
Google Firebase hosts accounts, the database, uploaded photos, and the website. Formspree processes contact and partnership form submissions. Published listing details, including the seller contact details you include, are visible to people using Altrad Homes. A chat is visible to the people in that conversation.
If you choose phone, email, WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger, that service receives what you send there. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account, saved properties, messages, and listings while they are active. Contact and partnership messages are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the request. Usage records are kept for operations and then removed.
Your choices and deletion
You can turn off location, camera, and photo access in your phone settings. You can sign out at any time. To delete your account, follow the steps on the delete account page, or email altradhomes@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion” and the email address on the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
Deleting an account removes the personal information we can still control. A message already delivered to another person, or a listing detail that was public, may remain with that person. We may also keep a limited record when the law requires it.
Children
Altrad Homes is meant for adults who are browsing or listing property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email altradhomes@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Philippines privacy law
We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. If a request to us does not resolve your concern, you may contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the website or app after that date means you accept the updated policy.
